FAQ
Questions shop owners ask.
Do I need to buy a new printer?
No. If your printer connects to Wi-Fi, it almost certainly works. During the demo we test it on your own machine. USB-only printers need a small Windows PC instead of a tablet.
Where does the students' money go?
Straight into your own Razorpay account, then to your bank on Razorpay's normal settlement schedule. PrintVibe charges you a monthly subscription, separately.
What if the paper runs out halfway?
The kiosk pauses the job and sends you a WhatsApp alert. Once you refill, it carries on. If it isn't finished in time, the student is refunded for the pages that didn't print.
Do students need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR and everything happens in the phone's browser. They verify with an OTP sent to their mobile number or email.
What can students print?
PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and photos, up to 25 MB per file. They see a preview and the exact price before they pay.
Can I run more than one kiosk?
Yes. Each kiosk has its own QR and prices, and you see them all on one dashboard.
